Board of Directors has accepted the proposed allotment of the land measuring an area of 6.5 acres in mouja Kalibeti under Khurdha Tahasil in the district of Khurdha by IDCO. In the first phase Company shall set up a manufacturing unit of injection and blow moulded plastic containers.

During the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024 held on January 10-12, 2024, Deepak Chem Tech Limited (formerly known as Deepak Clean Tech Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had expressed its intention to invest around INR 9,000 Crores. Towards this, Deepak Chem Tech Limited has now signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Gujarat on January 31, 2024, with an intent to invest around INR 9,000 Crores to establish projects at Dahej, in the State of Gujarat, to manufacture Polycarbonate Resins and compounds, Methyl methacrylate, Aniline.
ION EXCHANGE (INDIA) LIMITED
Company has been awarded a Contract from Material Construction Trading FZCO, UAE for Engineering, Manufacturing, Delivery to site, supervision of erection, commissioning and start-up of Desalinated water unit for a Project in North Africa at a contract value of INR 152.46 crores plus VAT. The project is to be completed within 8 months from the date of Letter of Acceptance.

It will help the Company with further expansion of its business.
H. G. INFRA ENGINEERING
Company has been declared as L-l bidder by South-Central Railway for project worth INR 447 Cr. The project involves Doubling of Track between Karanjgaon station & Aurangabad station including Electrification and Signaling works in connection with Aurangabad-Ankai Doubling Project in Nanded Division of South-Central Railway.

Thyrocare Technologies Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Think Health Diagnostic Private Limited and their existing shareholders on February 1, 2024 to acquire 100% stake in Think Health by way purchase of equity shares from all the existing shareholders of Think Health.
