Mr. L Ganesh (LG) is the Chairman and Managing Director of Rane Holdings Limited and the Rane Group of Companies. With over 45 years of industry experience, he has been instrumental in global market expansion and securing the Deming award. LG is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. He has held leadership roles in various industry bodies including President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India and Chairman of CII Southern Region. He serves as an Independent Director at Sundaram Finance Limited and is the Honorary Consul for New Zealand in South India. Additionally, LG chairs Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation and Chennai Heritage.

Mr. Harish Lakshman is the Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Rane Holdings Limited (RHL) and holds leadership positions across various companies within the Rane Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and an MBA from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, USA.
