Initially, Lenskart focused on selling contact lenses online. Over time, the company expanded its product range to include sunglasses and eyeglasses. Today, Lenskart boasts a diverse portfolio with over 5,000 frames and 46 types of high-quality lenses.

Under Bansal's leadership, in 2013 Lenskart adopted a franchise model to expand its presence across India. The company now has more than 1,550 outlets nationwide, offering not only a wide range of eyewear but also eye check-up facilities. This holistic approach to eye care has cemented Lenskart's position as a leading player in the industry.

Lenskart's success can be attributed to its innovative business model. The company has formed strategic partnerships with key players in the eyewear industry, including manufacturers and technology providers.

By sourcing high-quality frames and lenses at affordable prices and developing its own brand of lenses, Lenskart has been able to offer value to its customers. Additionally, the integration of online and offline shopping experiences has enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
