In his 19-month tenure at MMFSL, he has effectively led growth and transformation initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as EVP & Head of Rural Lending & Financial Inclusion at Axis Bank, where he worked for 19 years, overseeing key areas such as Rural Lending, Farmer Funding, Gold Loans, MSME Lending, and more. Raul is known for his digital innovations and enhancing rural banking access.
He holds a Post Graduate degree in Management from the Goa Institute of Management and is actively involved in various industry councils and advisory boards.
Dr. Anish Shah, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, joined the group in 2014 as Group President (Strategy), overseeing digitization and synergy efforts. Previously, he led GE Capital India, transforming its operations and overseeing the SBI Card joint venture turnaround.
