• Gaming and Casinos: Delta Corp operates multiple casinos in key locations such as Goa and Sikkim, offering live, electronic, and online gaming options. These include popular destinations like Deltin Royale, Deltin Jaqk, and Deltin Caravela in Goa, and Deltin Denzong in Sikkim.
• Online Gaming: Through its online platform, Deltin, Delta Corp provides a variety of online gaming options including poker and rummy.
• Hospitality and Hotels:The company complements its casino operations with luxury hotels such as Deltin Suites and Deltin Palms in Goa, and The Deltin in Daman. These properties offer premium accommodation, dining, and entertainment options.

Q2. Who are the Promoters/Management of the company?

• Mr. Jaydev Mody has been creating, developing and managing businesses for more than 40 years, spending over 25 of them in real estate development. He played a pivotal role in building and developing India’s first global mall ‘Crossroads’ in South Mumbai. A Humanities graduate from Mumbai University, Mr. Mody has been instrumental in the development of several large residential and commercial complexes and retail destinations in and around Mumbai.
• Mr. Ashish Kapadia, who holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, is an entrepreneur, having established and managed several businesses across sectors such as paints, textiles, financial services and civil aviation. Mr. Kapadia has been Managing Director of Delta Corp Limited since April 2009.
• Mrs. Alpana Piramal Chinai is the Vice Chairperson & Managing Director of Piramal Nextgen, the medical manufacturing arm of the Chinai Piramal Group. She was the Managing Director of Piramal Mills and has managed the Textile units in Mumbai, Surat and Ambarnath, and many other businesses in the Piramal Group. She is on the board of several listed companies.
