Mr. Ajendra Kumar Agarwal is the Chairman and Non-executive Director on the Board of the Investment Manager, and he is also the Managing Director on the Board of Directors and one of the Promoters of G R Infraprojects Limited. He holds the degree of bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Jodhpur and has over two decades of experience in the road construction industry. He is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of G R Infraprojects Limited. He is also the head of planning, budgeting and monitoring process which has leveraged the timely completion of the projects at G R Infraprojects Limited.

2. Mr. Siba Narayan Nayak- Non-executive Director

Mr. Siba Narayan Nayak is a Non-executive Director on the board of the Investment Manager. He has over three decades of experience in public as well as private sectors, that includes working across various functions such as accounts, finance, resource mobilization and indirect taxation. Currently, he is also working as President at G R Infraprojects Limited and is looking after various diversification strategies into other business segments. 4. Mr. Deepak Maheshwari- Independent Director

Deepak Maheshwari is Independent Director on the Board of the Investment Manager. He holds the degree of bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and has over four decades of experience in banking and finance. He has also been a Director on the Boards of Axis Finance Limited and Federal Bank Limited.
