Manoharan C T, Executive Director & Chief Business Officer (ED & CBO), brings over 24 years of expertise in the Housing Finance Industry. He joined Aptus in June 2010, following roles at Can Fin Homes and Dewan Housing, spanning sales, channel management, and credit.
With comprehensive experience across sales, channel and distribution management, credit policy formulation, and legal and technical aspects of housing finance, he oversees diverse operations encompassing Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Training, and Budgeting. Manoharan holds a Post Graduate Degree in Physics from Calicut University and has completed a Financial Management certificate course with ICFAI.

Balaji P serves as the Managing Director of our Company. He initially joined Aptus as the CFO in August 2010. Prior to this, he held positions at Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited, Hutchison Max Telecom Limited, Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited, and SKS Microfinance Limited. With a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings extensive experience spanning textiles, telecom, and finance sectors.
Sankaran Krishnamurthy serves as an Independent Director on our Company's Board. Holding a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Madras and certification from the Indian Institute of Bankers, he brings vast experience. With over 38 years at State Bank of India, including as former Deputy Managing Director, and as former Managing Director and CEO of SBI Life Insurance Company Limited, he offers valuable insights. Additionally, he sits on the board of our subsidiary, Aptus Finance India Private Limited.
